Chat direct with an RSA underwriter in less than 15 seconds

Over the last six months, the team at Strategic Insurer Partner, RSA, have been speaking to brokers to develop a digital service that is built for you to allow you to trade even faster with them online. This includes their live chat facility.

Research shows that 75% of people prefer to use live chat over any other channel; and, within a couple of clicks, you can talk directly to one of RSA’s underwriters. Since May, the team has handled more than 26,000 conversations with brokers and has seen a success rate of 95% to answer a chat, with an average handle time of 10 minutes to solve a query.

RSA’s live chat is available 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday through RSA Online and Acturis version 7 for their e-traded Business Combined, Office, Pubs, Restaurants and Hotels, Properties, Shops, Tradespeople and Homeworkers, Mini Fleet, Business Car and Van, Directors and Officers and Professional Indemnity products.
