Supporting you with the new Acturis code release
As you may have seen from the recent Acturis communications, there will be a new code release to the platform this Sunday (19th April). As your network, we wanted to highlight this to you and provide you with a few tips to make the new release as seamless as possible.
We would highly recommend that you and your teams close all Acturis applications, restart your computers and leave them in a logged off status at the end of the day this Friday (17th April). This will allow the AA program to automatically download the new components to your machine when Acturis releases them.
We understand that many members have now implemented remote working for your teams, and we appreciate that it may not be possible for all of your Acturis users to leave their computer switched on. If this applies to your business, to help you, we have created a set of instructions for your teams to use, which shows how Acturis can be reinstalled before logging into the platform.
