Open GI: Continued customer support throughout the Coronavirus crisis

As we continue to work through a national lockdown, it feels like we have settled into a new pattern. At Open GI, we’ve continued to adjust the way we run our business as we respond to the latest guidance from Government.

As we’ve done over the last few weeks, I wanted to write and update you on the measures we’re taking and provide an update on the support resources available to your business.

Safety for everyone

Over the last few weeks, we have implemented social distancing as a measure to protect the well-being of our employees, customers and partners. All our offices remain temporarily closed as we work together with the rest of the country to help reduce the spread of the Coronavirus.

We have successfully mobilised, in a very short space of time, all our employees to be able to work remotely utilising our latest technology resources.

We continue to offer all our customers and partners the same level of engagement during this unprecedented situation. We are still here for you over the phone, through video conferencing, email and online.

Our entire Open GI team is here to support you during this time. Our Customer Support team is on hand to help you, please contact them through our online Service Desk or via  and we will come back to you as soon as possible. We also have our online Support Centre which has a wealth of useful information on all our solutions.
