Compass Annual Conference returns to Whittlebury Hall for three days of insight and insurer deals
Members will be invited to take to the exhibition floor and get ready for another year of lively exchanges as our insurer partners vie for their attention and the opportunity to place business with you. Last year a phenomenal £2.2m of business was placed with our insurer partners over the three-day conference, and we’re confident we can meet if not surpass this figure in 2020.
As well as getting the chance to chew the fat with our insurer partners during the exhibition, the conference itself promises to feature plenty of invaluable insight and inspiration. We have a jam-packed schedule of speakers and breakaway sessions from some of the industry’s brightest – as well as talks from inspirational individuals from outside the world of insurance.
We’re excited to welcome cricketing legend and former England Captain Sir Andrew Strauss who will be delivering this year’s keynote address. Sir Andrew is one of only three England captains to lead England to Ashes victories both at home and away. As a natural leader and motivator, he has a great deal of wisdom to share with the corporate world. His talk promises to be a captivating journey through his career which is not be missed.
Some other highlights on the agenda include a product focus from Callum Taylor, Head of Management Liability at AXA, compliance guidance from Risk, Policy and Governance Manager at Bravo Group, Becky Carter and a ‘state of the Nation’ analysis from Allianz’s Simon McGinn.
Claire Russell, the founder of corporate mental health charity Mental Health in Business (MHIB) will also be telling her own inspirational story and providing guidance giving her insights on mastering resilience and embracing change in the workplace.
The event will of course also feature our coveted Compass Awards as well as plenty of networking opportunities during the ever-popular Drinks Reception and Gala Dinner. The conference will be followed by a day of golf to allow delegates to unwind after what promises to be a stimulating few days. Download the agenda below.
The Conference returns to Whittlebury Hall from 4th – 6th March. To register your interest, please contact your BDM.
